  McKensie Jordan Avary was born on August 13, 1985 to parents Joshua and Mikayla Avary in Los Angeles, California. Later having been raised in Malibu Beach, California.
She was raised with having the very best of everything, having grown up in wealth, her father being a plastic surgeon and her mother a nurse. McKensie had never acted as if she was wealthy which surprised people when she took out her wallet, paying for whatever she wanted but never acting like she was above anyone.
Her parents had dreamed of her going to medical school but medicine was never one of her interests. She found a love in marketing when she helped her father once with an ad campaign that he needed for his practice. From that moment she knew what she wanted to do and went to UCLA getting a degree in Marketing.
She graduated from UCLA when she was 20, having graduated high school a year early since she had skipped a grade and then had taken enough AP classes that she was a semester ahead when she started.
During her Sophomore year in College her best friend Lindsay and brought to her attention a flyer for a fashion show one of the art students was putting together and needed models. In all honesty she only did it because Lindsay didn’t want to do it alone. But after she had walked that runway, McKensie had wanted to do it again.
Later on that year there was a state-wide contest to win a one year modeling contract with BMG. To make a portfolio she had gone to the photography students on campus and asked for their help. It was easy when they needed to make portfolios of their own.
She had won the contest, having a lot of local work since LA had a large designer base. During the summer when she wasn’t taking classes she was able to travel to New York to work in Fashion Shows and started to get recognized in the business.
After her first contract had expired, she was given the opportunity to sign for another two years and accepted the offer because she knew it would be best for her when it came to finishing school.
Once she had graduated from UCLA her contract had once again expired and that was when Ford Modeling Agency, one of the elite agencies in the world had offered her a two year contract, giving her the chance to travel all over the world.
Because of her career she had her fair share of celebrity suitors but none of them ever gave her the happiness she wanted. They treated her more like a trophy than a partner. Until she had met Holden Conway when he was one of her photographer’s.
For her it was almost like a dream, thinking that he was the one and unexpectedly he asked her to marry him and she said yes. After having moved to Longport about a week and a half later the marriage was annuled and McKensie decided to stay in the city to see how everything would work out. She currently works few hours a week at the record store for fun between photoshoots.
Since she had moved to the East Coast McKensie saw the opportunity to follow another one of her dreams. She applied to the Culinary Institute of America in New York, having gotten accepted and will start in the summer. After she finishes she plans to open up her own restaurant in the city.
Everything aside McKensie is an energetic, outgoing person who likes to go out and party but loves to curl up on with a good book every once in a while. She's very personable and regardless of everything she has already done in her life, she's still very down to earth.
